Board Governance
Mark of Resilience believes that student outcomes don't change until adult behavior changes. We provide coaching and support, through a continuous-improvement framework, for school governing teams that choose and commit to intensively focusing on the objective to improve student outcomes. As certified Lone Star Governance Coaches, we help boards accomplish this intense focus through tailored coaching aligned to the five pillars of the Texas Framework for School Board Development: Vision, Accountability, Structure, Advocacy, and Unity. In addition to the primary focus on improving student outcomes, we provide systems for governing legal and fiscal responsibilities and Team of 8 training.

GIRLS-ESTEAM
Development Institute
​Girls Identifying Real Life Solutions through Esteem, Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics or G.I.R.L.S.-E.S.T.E.A.M is a 12-week Group Resilience Coaching Institute focused on utilizing the "The Resilience Factor" (SET) framework and the "You Say But I Say" Journal created by Coach Andi.
Girls are focused on learning the power of the mind and creating intentions through meditation, positive self-talk, gratitude, power-shifting thoughts, affirmations, the law of attraction, their Resilient Factor, and much more.

Partner Development Management
Mark of Resilience works with business partners to develop professional relationships and meet company goals.
