Hi, I'm Coach Andi!!!
I am the CEO/ Founder of Mark of Resilience an educational coaching and consulting company. I am a Certified Resilience and Business Coach, Speaker, and Consulting Edupreneur devoted to helping women, girls (ages 9 and up), and their parents thrive through life’s pressures and transitions. With over 22 years of knowledge, experience, and passion in the educational profession I understood the need to create multiple streams of income and explored entrepreneurship early on. I've owned multiple financial thriving businesses in both the retail and service industries and learned a thing to two about marketing, branding, and start-up do's and dont's. I inspire my clients to DREAM BIGGER and ACHIEVE M.O.R.E in spite of the ACTS (Adversity, Challenges, Trauma, Stress) of life in every area of life.

I never succumbed to society just to make it; I went through the struggle for the purpose of others.“Comfort zones are where dreams go to die! I clearly see now that my trials have been a journey to wholeness as the death of my parents and winning the war over cancer finally just woke me up.” I was diagnosed with breast cancer one month after the burial of my mother and just two months past my 34th birthday. I imagined death around me every day as the stench of failure lurked over my head. I had to choose would I live or die and with either choice I made I had to ask myself the real question, “For who?”.
The pain from rejection, loneliness, and illness was enough for me to choose ME, but intuitively I knew there was purpose in my pain. The world needs more “Truth Tellers”, those that have survived storms and stand in the validation of their own resilience. Where you’re from, What you come from, and Whom you come from will NEVER define WHO you will BECOME.
I motivate others to live with intention and find purpose! Even when it hurts, I help people choose the path to greatness and learn from hurtfulness. Life is about the choices we make, overcoming the circumstances, and getting to know and love our authentic selves.

As the story goes, the phoenix is a mythical bird with fiery feathers that lives up to 100 years. Near the end of its life, it settles into its nest of twigs which then burns fiercely, reducing the bird and nest to ashes. And from those ashes, a phoenix rises – renewed and reborn. To rise like a phoenix from the ashes means to emerge from a catastrophe stronger, smarter, and more powerful. Although life has been set on fire, from the ashes my purpose was transformed AND I ROSE… UnBought, UnBossed!!! ​
